- Contact referred homeowners quickly
- Review utility bills
- Run Solar Reviews
- Explain subscription, loan, cash, and battery options
- Present proposals clearly
- Protect the referring partner's relationship
- Keep the process professional and transparent

Account Manager / Partner Success
Account Managers help activate referral partners, agencies, and professional networks. This role is relationship development, partner education, and account growth.
